Job summary
Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily production through accurate material movement across receiving, picking, kitting, line delivery, shipping and inventory updates. You will ensure inventory accuracy and complete ERP transactions to keep operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse experience, forklift certification or equipment proficiency, ERP experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
- Forklift certification or equipment proficiency.
- ERP or warehouse system experience.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work on the shop floor.
- High school diploma required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with kitting, line delivery or cycle counting.
- Experience as informal trainer or mentor.
Responsibilities
- Execute receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory tasks.
- Perform inventory counts and discrepancy investigations.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Maintain organized warehouse areas and accurate ERP transactions.
- Identify shortages, damage, or system discrepancies and escalate.
- Provide on‑the‑job guidance and cross‑training to Warehouse Associate I roles.
