Job summary

DSV is seeking a Training Manager for their Austin office. This role is pivotal in implementing and delivering training programs within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will plan trainings across the AMER region, improve training materials, and facilitate various training sessions. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma with a strong understanding of warehouse processes. Expected salary range is between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a project-based environment.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including Europe.
• Experience with JDA WMS or other major WMS products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute trainings on location across AMER-Region.
• Facilitate online training comfortably in front of an audience.
• Continuous improvement of trainings and training material content.

Skills

Proficiency in one or more WMS

MS Office Suite

English (reading, writing, verbal)

Spanish (reading, writing, verbal)

Basic to intermediate mathematical skills

High level of independency

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

SQL proficiency
