Job summary

CVS Health's Supply Chain Systems & Technology team is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead the Change Management strategy and the delivery of the training program for our next generation Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role drives adoption across the distribution network, ensuring readiness and sustained performance during the transition.

You will partner with senior leaders, DC leadership, the WMS project team, and L&D to shape and execute change initiatives that improve service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven leadership with Change Management experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Demonstrated success building alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to CVS Distribution Centers.
• Prosci Change Management Certification or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for WMS implementation.
• Lead the training strategy in partnership with Learning and Development.
• Prepare distribution center colleagues to adopt the new WMS and ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, DC leadership, project teams, and stakeholders across Supply Chain.
