Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Systems Coordinator to support installation, maintenance, and end-user assistance for our warehouse systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing software/hardware issues within a distribution facility.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of WMS experience, report writing skills, and familiarity with SAP/JDA/NTV. The position offers a 10AM–6PM shift and competitive pay, with comprehensive benefits described in the ad.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of WMS experience.
• Proficient in report writing - 1 to 2 years experience.
• SQL experience required.
• Experience with JDA, NTV, BLUE YONDER and SAP is a PLUS.
• Experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Distribution environment preferred.
• Hands-on training with technical software/hardware support in warehouse/distribution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational system integrity and setup.
• Facilitate Warehouse Management System at site with proficiency.
• Assist layout/design to optimize WMS utilization.
• Develop, implement and monitor site performance.
• Analyze discrepancies and generate reports as needed.
• Interface with customer host to resolve issues.
• Develop training materials and user guides for the system.
