DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations System Manager (WMS Manager) in the United States to lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of warehouse systems. You will partner with the warehouse team to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions, ensuring seamless data flow across ERP, TMS, and PKGS platforms.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field and 4+ years in transportation or logistics, plus 4+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: set up parameters, workflows, and inventory rules.
• System Maintenance: upgrades, issue resolution, ensure system performance.
• User Training: create materials, deliver sessions, provide ongoing support.
• Data Analysis: identify trends, optimize inventory levels, improve warehouse efficiency.
• System Integration: connect ERP, TMS, PKGS, and order management systems.
• Technical Support: assist site team and customers, develop test and project plans.
