Job summary

The Connors Group is seeking a Product Manager for Warehouse Management System (WMS) to lead strategic direction and enhancements of the WMS and related warehouse technologies. You will partner with Distribution Center Operations, IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure our warehouse applications support accurate, scalable distribution operations.

You will manage the full application lifecycle from production support to upgrades, testing, and end-user training, aligning technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
• Experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner or similar technology leadership role supporting warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, business process analysis, and solution delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile or iterative software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related warehouse applications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse operations, IT, business users, and vendors.
• Ensure system availability, stability, performance, and reliability across facilities.
• Manage full application lifecycle including production support, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
• Maintain system documentation and business process workflows.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and production readiness activities.
