Job summary

MillerKnoll in Zeeland, MI, is seeking a Digital Product Manager focused on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). You will define the product strategy, own the backlog, collaborate with engineering and business partners, and drive cross-functional delivery of WMS initiatives to improve fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in product ownership or delivery management, strong agile experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
3-5 years of product or delivery management experience, preferably in a digital warehouse environment.
3-5 years as Product Owner/Business Analyst for WMS capabilities (inbound, receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, returns).
Experience with WMS integrations with ERP, Order Management, Transportation, Inventory.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the product roadmap for WMS initiatives.
Prioritize features and manage the backlog with engineering and business stakeholders.
Lead scrum ceremonies and ensure on-time delivery of product updates.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize warehouse operations.
