Akkodis is seeking a WMS Product Manager for a contract opportunity in Metro Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on the inventory back-end of a homegrown Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting system changes required for new inventory initiatives.

Responsibilities include partnering with engineering, business, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, and working within an Agile balanced team to drive warehouse system enhancements and new capabilities.

Akkodis is seeking a WMS Product Manager for a contract opportunity in Metro Atlanta, GA. We are looking for candidates with strong warehouse systems experience combined with Product Management experience working within an Agile balanced team. This position will focus on the inventory back-end of a homegrown Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting system changes required for new inventory initiatives.

Rate Range: $40/hour to $63/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

WMS Product Manager job responsibilities include:

• Support the inventory back-end functionality of a homegrown Warehouse Management System.
• Partner with engineering, business, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Work within an Agile balanced team to drive warehouse system enhancements and new capabilities.
• Support changes to the inventory framework required by new initiatives and evolving business needs.
• Translate warehouse and inventory requirements into actionable product priorities and technical requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with warehouse systems or WMS platforms such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar technologies.
• Product Management or Product Owner experience within an Agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and back-end system functionality.
• Ability to partner effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Candidates with deep warehouse systems expertise and lighter Product Management experience will also be considered.
