Visionaire Partners, LLC. is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead a remote engagement focusing on a custom interface for processing complex warehouse orders.

You will collaborate with developers, data teams, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver measurable outcomes. The role supports an Agile environment, involves backlog refinement, and aligns with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• 2+ years with Warehouse Systems (WMS/WES/WCS).
• Experience with Manhattan Associates WMS UI and configurations.
• Proven ability to write and prioritize user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Strong roadmaps and product planning skills.
• Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with AI tools (CoPilot, Claude, Gemini).
• Backlog grooming and refinement experience.
• Ability to break down large initiatives into manageable work items.
• Experience in Agile environments (sprint planning, stand-ups, iterative delivery).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

We seek a candidate who works closely with developers, data teams and the business. This project focuses on developing a custom interface to assist associates in accurately processing complex, non-stock customer orders via Universal Receiving at distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a custom interface that simplifies the receipt of complex customer orders for warehouse associates.
• Support an Agile balanced team structure to define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and execute deliverables.
• Own story-level execution, partnering closely with teams to refine requirements and support accurate estimation of work
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities to ensure progress against key commitments and timelines
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
• Collaborate with business partners to gather input, align priorities, and ensure deliverables meet expectations

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to direct hire. The role is working remotely. There will be some travel to Atlanta and Texas, but only about 10%.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years of experience with Warehouse Systems, specifically WMS or WES or WCS
• Experience with Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management system - UI and performing configurations/setup
• Proven experience writing and prioritizing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Strong roadmap development and product planning skills
