Job summary

Harry & David in Obetz, OH is seeking a WMS Analyst to support system processes, training and operational performance. You will oversee multiple work activities in warehouse operations and work with Oracle and the Baan ERP system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• 2+ years of related experience and effective verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support system training documentation and employee training.
• Assist Oracle operations, document issues, and educate leadership on processes.
• Ensure department procedures are documented and used.
• Use Oracle and Baan WMS to monitor and release workloads.
• Process material shipment requests accurately.
• Analyze replenishment, allocations, inventory control, and picking.
• Maintain effective two-way communication across teams.
• Perform floor work in production/warehouse during non-peak.
• Communicate workflow changes to floor leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse operations.
