Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking a WMS Analyst to support system processes, training, and operational performance in a warehouse environment. You will oversee multiple activities in production and logistics, with a focus on Oracle integration with the Baan ERP system and effective communication with Ops leadership.

The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in system training documentation and employee training and education.
• Assist in all related Oracle operations, document issues, and educate leadership on processes.
• Ensure all department procedures are documented and utilized.
• Use Warehouse Management system (Oracle and Baan) to monitor and manage workloads.
• Process material shipment requests accurately and efficiently.
• Research, analyze and provide problem resolution to issues on replenishment, inventory control and picking.
• Communicate changes of workflow to floor operations leadership timely.
• Perform on-floor duties during non-peak times.
