Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in transportation or logistics required.
• 4+ years in a similar role required.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: set up parameters, workflows, and rules for inventory management.
• System Maintenance: upgrade coordination and issue resolution for optimal performance.
• User Training: create materials, deliver sessions, and provide ongoing support.
• Data Analysis: identify trends to optimize inventory levels and warehouse efficiency.
• System Integration: connect ERP, TMS, PKGS or order management for seamless data flow.
• Technical Support: support site team and customers; develop and execute test plans.
