Fulfillment IQ, a supply chain engineering and transformation company, seeks a MAWM Solution Design Lead to own end‑to‑end Manhattan Active WM designs for multi‑site rollouts. You will drive conversations with DC leadership and translate requirements into scalable design options, coaching client IT teams to sustain capability after go‑live.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on Manhattan WMS experience (Manhattan Active WM) and prior WMOS/SCALE exposure.
• Solution design or design lead experience on Manhattan WMS programs; not focused only on testing.
• Experience across multiple DCs/sites with phased, multi-site rollout.
• Strong warehouse process knowledge: receiving, put-away, replenishment, waving and allocation, picking, packing, shipping.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and gather requirements with operations and IT.
• Ability to create functional specs, design docs, and fit-gap analyses.
• Provide effort estimates and trade-off analyses to stakeholders; present options.
• Coach client IT teams for long-term capability on the platform.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Based in the United States and able to travel 25–35%.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Manhattan Active WM programs across site rollouts.
• Assess current-state processes against templates; identify gaps and risks.
• Facilitate business process workshops with DC operations and business teams.
• Translate requirements into multiple solution options with pros/cons and effort estimates.
• Build and present demos or proofs of concept to support decisions.
• Create and maintain functional specs and design documentation; act as primary techno-functional contact.
• Train and mentor client IT team members for long-term self-sufficiency.
• Partner with configuration, technical, and testing teams to ensure delivery as designed.
• Present solutions and recommendations to operational and executive stakeholders.
