Job summary

Stord, a leading consumer experience logistics platform, is seeking an Operations Support Engineer to support and improve our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related applications in Hebron, KY.

You will analyze business processes, troubleshoot issues, train users, and maintain end-user documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable operations across multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with process management.
• Strong analytical skills to uncover root causes.
• Ability to train others on WMS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to write functional business requirements documentation.
• Ability to write and execute test cases.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for business.

Responsibilities

• Resolve WMS-related bugs and service requests.
• Track issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain targeted SLAs and service levels.
• Develop solutions to business problems within the organization.
• Test system functionality and assist with user testing.
• Train super users and validate end-user documentation.
