Job summary

Aquent is seeking a detail-oriented WMS Operations & Administrative Support Specialist to manage daily WMS monitoring, report distribution, and administrative tasks supporting inventory and order processing in Reno, NV. The role requires independent work, strong organization, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include SEIMA file monitoring, tag processing, daily reporting, material returns, stock replenishment, and launch coverage during WMS

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse administrative workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize physical paperwork and reports by route/assignment.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring & File Management: Daily monitoring of SEIMA file downloads for Order Extracts and Order Draws on the WMS platform.
• Tag Processing & Distribution: Execute manual Pick Tag breakdowns by sorting assignments and routes; deliver tags to designated staging areas; perform custom tag reprints (by file, assignment, sequence, or extract) as requested.
• Reporting: Print and deliver daily operational reports, including TBASR, RCUBE, EXTRA, Wave reports, and additional custom requests.
• Material Returns: Process dealer and supervisor tags, prep envelopes, handle filing, and package totes for delivery.
• Supply & Stock Management: Monitor inventory and replenish daily supplies (pick tags, MR/OVN tags, PC302 forms, printer ribbons, toners, green bar paper, and copy paper).
• Launch Support: Provide operational coverage and support during WMS launch activities.
