Job summary

You will print and distribute tags, support returns, prepare documentation, and assist with daily operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and a smooth distribution center workflow. Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control, distribution, or operations support.
• Comfortable working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WMS and SEIMA file downloads for order extracts and order draws
• Print, sort, fold, and distribute pick tags by assignment and route
• Process pick tag reprints as requested by operations teams
• Print and prepare material return documentation and shipment totes
• Maintain inventory of forms, labels, printer supplies, paper, toners, and related materials
• Print and distribute operational reports including TBASR, RCUBE, EXTRA, and Wave reports
• Support WMS launch activities and daily warehouse operations
• Assist with administrative and documentation tasks to support distribution center productivity
