Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 5+ years experience with WMS systems.
• Experience participating in full-cycle WMS implementations and go-live support.
• Experience collaborating with operations, IT, and vendors on system projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional SME for WMS/OMS capabilities across distribution operations.
• Lead system implementation, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Configure system functionality and participate in SIT/UAT testing.
• Provide go-live and stabilization support after deployments.
• Coordinate root cause analysis with IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop functional specs, SOPs, and training materials.
• Promote standardized processes across the distribution network.
