Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Customer Success Manager and IT SME to bridge IT engineering and warehouse operations in a high-volume distribution setting in Denver, CO.

You will lead UAT, deployments, and real-time issue resolution for WMS and related applications, driving continuous improvements and cross-functional coaching to ensure flawless go-lives and peak performance.

Experience with Manhattan SCALE, SQL Server, Oracle, and AI analytics is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or highly related experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume distribution center operations with alignment between IT systems and warehouse workflows.
• Lead UAT, production validations, and application deployments for go-lives and peak periods.
• Resolve expert-level IT application issues in real time, coordinating with vendors and CABs.
• Analyze system usage and capacity to drive continuous process improvements across manufacturing and distribution.
