Job summary

The Excelligence Learning Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Business Analyst to own and optimize DCX, CORS, and InfoShip across our distribution network in Gardner, KS. You will analyze warehouse processes, design system solutions, and lead WMS implementations to improve productivity and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM/IT/Business Admin or related field.
• 5+ years supporting/administrating WMS in high-volume distribution.
• Experience configuring WMS like DCX, CORS, InfoShip, Manhattan, Blue Yonder or SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment).
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation and PM skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and independent recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner for DCX, CORS, and InfoShip across DC ops.
• Analyze warehouse processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Evaluate metrics and data trends to propose strategic improvements.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, configure and maintain warehouse workflows and system configurations.
• Oversee testing, validation, and implementation of new functionality.
• Develop plans, coordinate testing, manage timelines and adoption.
• Collaborate with Ops, IT, and vendors during projects.
• Monitor governance and training around warehouse tech.
