Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst II (WMS Analyst II) to implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems across the U.S. You will analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to optimize operations with a talented cross-functional team.

You will build dashboards, interpret data, and train staff while ensuring policy compliance and robust system documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT similar field or equivalent experience.
• 0+ years analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business
• Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency
• Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Identify and address potential issues and risks
• Create and maintain dashboards using SQL
