Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst II (WMS Analyst II) to implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. You will analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience, plus analytics experience and SQL dashboard skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience with SQL for dashboards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the business
• Analyze and interpret data to increase system functionality and efficiency
• Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Identify and address potential issues and risks
• Create and maintain dashboards using SQL
