Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform distribution center material handling duties in inbound, outbound, returns, and related operations in Twinsburg, OH. You will use RF scanners, handheld devices, and WMS to process and move merchandise while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include unloading, sorting, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping items, ensuring documentation matches items, and following safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor return according to O'Reilly policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other warehouse technology as required.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, route trucks, and freight shipments while ensuring merchandise is secured and protected from damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
• Follow established procedures for hazardous material handling and disposal in accordance with O'Reilly safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
