Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound/outbound, returns and acquisitions within our distribution center. Earn $22.95-$26.95 per hour with potential premiums and incentive pay, with actual rate aligning to minimum wage and location rules.

You will operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems; match item numbers with shipping docs; unload, stock, pick, pack, stage and ship merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
