Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in customer solutions, customer service, supply chain or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems and Datex/WMS transactions.
• Ability to reconstruct transactions and inventory movements through system analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer advocate for assigned accounts on non-commercial service matters.
• Act as SME for Datex/WMS transactions and warehouse processes; support team.
• Coach and mentor team members in systems knowledge and problem solving.
• Lead or participate in root‑cause analysis for significant service issues.
• Translate complex system findings into clear customer explanations and actions.
