Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support warehouse management systems across its distribution network in New Jersey. The role involves configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions linked to the primary WMS environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Manhattan Active and related modules such as Labor Management, Slotting, Billing, and Parcel. You will translate operational requirements into configurations, assist with site conversions, and ensure

Qualifications

Hands-on WMS experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain.
Experience configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting WMS.
Ability to translate operations into system configurations.
Experience with LMS, Slotting, Billing or Parcel.
Experience supporting system testing, troubleshooting, implementations, site conversions, and deployments.
Manhattan Active experience is strongly preferred.
Previous 3PL experience.
Experience with legacy Manhattan products or other Tier 1 WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder or HighJump can also be considered.

Responsibilities

Support WMS configurations across the distribution network.
Configure, test, deploy, and support WMS modules with IT and Operations teams.
Translate operational requirements into system configurations and solutions.
Support site conversions and ongoing WMS optimization across sites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize the platform.
