Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) to steer strategic warehouse initiatives and enterprise MAWM implementations. You will serve as the functional lead and SME, collaborating with Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to guide design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live execution.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of MAWM experience, demonstrated leadership of MAWM deployments, and a strong ability to translate

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on MAWM experience with implementations, go-lives, and conversions.
Strong MAWM configuration and functional design.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions.
Hands-on experience developing SIT, UAT, and production validation testing.
Experience creating training materials and conducting end-user training.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, and distribution processes.
Ability to provide strategic guidance to operational and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Manhattan Active MAWM implementations and conversions.
Drive solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live execution.
Partner with Operations, IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
Provide strategic direction and best practices for warehouse operations.
Support post-go-live activities across the distribution network.
