Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall experience in WMS and logistics.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Manhattan Active WM (Cloud).
• Experience with troubleshooting and integration validation using SQL, APIs and JSON.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong functional expertise in warehouse operations and end-to-end WMS processes.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Oracle SQL, Postman, Manhattan APIs, and JSON for troubleshooting and validation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational stabilization in high availability environments.
• Desirable: experience with Manhattan Active WM Proactive Extensions, SCI and Jasper reports.
