Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) seeks a Supply Systems Analyst in Albany, Georgia to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DoD. This full-time onsite role focuses on warehouse management operations, system transactions, and WMS administration to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

The position involves analyzing system data, coordinating with functional users, and driving process improvements within government supply functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply transactions and system data to identify operational issues.
• Evaluate feasibility of consolidating interrelated supply system functions.
• Assess impact of proposed system, policy, and regulatory changes on supply operations.
• Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational/procedural issues affecting warehouse operations.
• Research and analyze potential functional problem areas to support continuous process improvement.
• Utilize knowledge of supply program relationships to conduct studies and investigations.
• Support receipt, storage, warehousing, issue, packing, and transportation of materials.
• Serve as WMS point of contact for the Government, handling inquiries and workload trends.
• Perform WMS transaction code inquiries and related system analyst functions.
• Utilize WMS and other government data systems to support warehouse operations and reporting.
