DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst I (WMS Analyst I) to optimize warehouse management systems and deliver data-driven improvements. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining WM/transport/packaging systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has a IT-related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of transportation or logistics experience, with the ability to analyze data and train others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of transportation or logistics experience, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems
• Analyze data to increase system functionality and efficiency
• Train team members on warehouse, transportation, and packaging systems
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Identify and address potential issues and risks
• Create and maintain dashboards using SQL
