Job summary

Mecalux in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Account Executive – WMS Aftersales to grow and manage relationships with existing customers across the lifecycle of our WMS software solutions. You will identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with engineering and operations to deliver tailored solutions.

Please note: travel up to 25% within the US is expected, and the role includes leading proposals, commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customers from the Atlanta base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical or related field.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and warehousing concepts.
• Excellent consultative selling, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing WMS customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, add-ons, support and maintenance within existing accounts.
• Lead opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation, contract and follow-up.
• Coordinate with Software Engineering and Operations to deliver aligned solutions.
• Travel to customer sites across the US as needed to close business.
