Job summary

Interlake Mecalux, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a WMS Software Technical Customer Support professional to join its WMS Operations team. The role focuses on supporting customers using EasyWMS after implementation to ensure reliable operation and continued value in daily warehouse work.

You will serve as the main liaison between U.S. customers and teams in Spain, handling incidents, patches, change requests, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and distribution center processes.
• Professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attend the Technical Support Hotline when customers need to speak directly with the Mecalux support team.
• Coordinate software patches, configuration changes, system updates, and other technical activities.
• Assist with Change Requests and coordinate administrative processes in SAP.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
