Job summary

Interlake Mecalux, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Account Executive – WMS Aftersales to manage and grow relationships with existing customers after implementation. You will identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with engineering and operations, and drive aftersales solutions across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong logistics knowledge, consultative selling and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, with optional telework 1-2 days weekly from the Atlanta office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and warehousing concepts.
• Experience selling WMS software or enterprise software a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across the US.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing WMS software customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities for upgrades, modules, licenses, and services.
• Lead proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations with customers.
• Coordinate with Software Engineering and Operations to deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support marketing events.
