Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Management System Analyst to define, develop, and implement best practices across core supply chain functions, optimizing WMOS configurations and processes.

You will collaborate with Operations and IT to validate needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver measurable improvements across 11 facilities handling the majority of merchandise. The role requires a BA/BS in business/Logistics/Engineering/IT with SCM experience, knowledge of Retail WMS

Qualifications

• BA/BS with a major in Business, Logistics, Engineering, IT or closely related field with Supply Chain experience.
• Knowledge of Retail WMS (Manhattan Associates Open Systems).
• Understanding of modification specs, writing and reviewing.
• Familiar with constructing test requirements and test scripts.
• Proficient in SQL writing, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement standardized best practices across core Supply Chain functions.
• Act as primary point of contact for user community; support issue validation, scoping, resolution.
• Configure WMOS—locations, printers, wave templates—and maintain configuration log.
• Troubleshoot and optimize operational processes; translate data for DC staff.
• Document requirements; manage projects; provide on/off-hour support for East/West Coast.
• Participate in system issue resolution and diagnostics related to WMOS; interface with partners.
