Responsibilities

• Supervise production within department, i.e. scheduling work, load balancing and prioritizing projects to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Mentor, coach and evaluate performance of for both Exempt and Non-Exempt employees.
• Manages staff to ensure that all pre-established metrics are being met by both individuals and by the greater team, using standards of performance to measure against.
• Acts as the escalation point for issue resolution and communicates cross functionally as required.
• Ensures all SOX Controls are being followed and adhered to.
• Identify Opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Performs on-call duties on a rotating schedule.
• Assist as necessary with the onboarding process of new vendors.

I. Job Summary

This Waste Management Compactor Solutions position is responsible for the supervision, communication and resolution of escalated Vendor Service Performance Issues, Vendor Billing Invoice discrepancies and Vendor Service Interruptions under the general supervision of the Vendor Relations Manager.
