Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• CAS or LAC certification is required.
• QMAP training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of Withdrawal Management services, ensuring effective, efficient, and client-centered service delivery.
• Monitor program performance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance, including licensing and contract obligations.
• Ensure compliance with BHA, accreditation, and all applicable regulatory standards.
• Complete and submit required reports accurately and on time.
• Develop and oversee contracts, grants, and strategic initiatives related to Withdrawal Management.
• Foster partnerships with community providers and referral sources.
• Advocate for Withdrawal Management services and recovery-oriented systems of care.
• Supervise and develop staff, including supervision of the Program Coordinator.
