Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in related field plus two years of relevant experience
• LAC licensure preferred or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred or obtain within two months of hire
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Colorado Driver's License with driving record meeting agency requirements
• Pass a stringent background check (CBI, FBI, TRAILS) prior to hire
• Experience in substance use residential services and integrated behavioral health preferred
• Bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Youth Residential Recovery program.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff (10–15).
• Oversee admissions, treatment planning, and service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory and payer compliance and documentation quality.
• Coordinate with Manager of Substance Use Services on program oversight.
• Manage staff scheduling and crisis response as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure ASAM‑aligned care
