Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Wisconsin Metro Milwaukee, LLC is seeking driven Sales Representatives to grow our presence across outstate Wisconsin. You’ll identify and win new accounts, cover Bayfield/Price/Sawyer Counties, and sell our complete wine and spirits portfolio at on- and off-premise locations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage routes, build relationships, and meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales with a track record of building accounts.
• Proficient MS Office and presentation software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on accounts across WI, develop daily routes and growth opportunities.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and secure new business.
• Maintain inventory awareness, manage credits/returns and resolve issues.
• Build relationships and drive revenue through new and existing accounts.
• Protect safety standards while handling beverage alcohol products.
