Job summary

JB Holdings Corp, operating JB Office Solutions, seeks an Operations Manager for its Wisconsin warehouse and team. You will lead daily operations, ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness, and coordinate eCommerce channel fulfillment across Amazon, Walmart, and the website.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in warehouse/ops leadership, strong Excel/data skills, and experience with e‑commerce fulfillment and inventory controls. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or operations management of at least 1 year.
• E-commerce experience with Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, 3PL or similar.
• Strong skills in spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and deadline-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational/communication skills with cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of inventory control and quality processes; OSHA/HR compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the operations team to ensure efficient, safe warehouse operations.
• Maintain communication with managers, staff, and vendors for seamless operations.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and capacity.
• Monitor activities to meet timelines and budgets using data insights.
• Oversee inventory to support uninterrupted workflows and on-time fulfillment.
• Ensure quality control for accuracy and condition of shipped products.
• Review returns and coordinate timely restocking or vendor returns.
• Manage cost reviews to drive cost-saving opportunities in packaging and ops.
