Job summary

The University of Wisconsin–Madison invites applications for a Student Affairs Program Specialist within the Wisconsin Union and Wisconsin Singers. The role supports day-to-day administrative, financial, and communications functions and collaborates with the Executive Producer and staff on key projects.

This on-site position manages financial processes, program logistics, marketing, donor relations, show bookings, and operations, while mentoring student interns and advising.

  • Creates and maintains schedules, logistics, and resources for one or multiple student affairs programs, activities, and/or services
  • Organizes student-focused programming and resources to promote new and ongoing educational initiatives

Job Summary

The Program Manager supports the day-to-day administrative, financial, and communications functions of Wisconsin Singers and collaborates with the Executive Producer and other staff on key projects. The role manages financial processes and program logistics while supporting marketing, donor relations, show bookings and operations. Work Schedule

On-site work M-F 8:30-5 with some weekly evening or weekend commitments and hours for special events

Key Job Responsibilities

Compensation

The expected starting salary is $46,000.
