Job summary

Family Owned Fastener Distributor in Wisconsin is seeking an outside industrial sales rep to cover various areas of the state. You will call on small to mid-size manufacturers, construction contractors and fleet operations, building new relationships and growing existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of outside industrial sales experience and an understanding of VMI inventory management, plus working knowledge of hardware, cutting tools, MRO and personal safety products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside industrial sales experience.
• Understanding of VMI and managing customer inventories.
• Working knowledge of hardware, cutting tools, MRO and personal safety products.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Call on small to mid-size manufacturers, construction contractors, and fleet operations.
• Manage a Wisconsin territory with a focus on industrial supplies.
• Full-time outside sales role with salary, commission, and expense reimbursement including mileage.
