Family Owned Fastener Distributor in Wisconsin is seeking an outside industrial sales rep to cover various areas of the state. You will call on small to mid-size manufacturers, construction contractors and fleet operations, building new relationships and growing existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of outside industrial sales experience and an understanding of VMI inventory management, plus working knowledge of hardware, cutting tools, MRO and personal safety products.

Job Description

We are seeking an outside industrial sales rep. covering various areas of Wisconsin. Calling om small to med-size manufacturers, construction contractors and fleet operations. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of outside industrial sales experience. The candidate will have an understanding of managing customers inventories (VMI), as well as a working knowledge of hardware, cutting tools, MRO and personal safety products. A Bachelors' degree is preferred but not required.

The Outside Sales role is a full -time position and includes salary, commission, and all expenses including mileage.

We are looking for someone who can take direction well in the beginning but once you have your feet wet can be a self-starter.
