Job summary

Bunzl Distribution is seeking a Sales Representative for Redistribution in Milwaukee, WI to drive new business and manage existing accounts across Eastern Wisconsin. This field-based role emphasizes meeting sales targets in a B2B environment with a focus on customer service and strategic territory development.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience
• Experience with MS Dynamics or another CRM tool
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to travel daily/weekly within territory including overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through prospecting and building business with new accounts
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships by delivering exceptional service
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs
• Promote new products and drive sales of Bunzl internal house brands
• Implement pricing strategies within all accounts
• Complete weekly planning and scheduling of customer visits
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to the operations and leadership team
• Develop a strong understanding of Bunzl products and demonstrate features and benefits
