Ag Express Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented Production Materials Coordinator to support harness production by accurately preparing, processing, and managing wire, cable, and related materials.

This role ensures materials meet production specifications, maintains inventory records, and supports efficient workflow through precise wire processing, quality inspections, and organized material management at our Des Moines, Iowa location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in wire harness and cabling fabrication is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong math and measurement skills for precise wire processing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and manage wire, cable, and related materials to meet production specs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document build/work orders.
• Inspect wire and cable for quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with Harness Production Manager and team to meet deadlines and suggest process improvements.
