Job summary

The Employment Firm in the Denver metropolitan area is seeking a production team member to assemble electrical wire harnesses and assemblies. You will measure, cut, route, wrap, and tie wires, solder and crimp, and install harnesses into equipment.

Reading blueprints and ensuring quality are essential. Qualified candidates have 1+ year wiring or electrical assembly experience, can read wiring diagrams, and are comfortable using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of wiring, cable assembly, or electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and color-coded wiring.
• Experience using hand and power tools, soldering irons, and crimping tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Understanding of quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, route, wrap, and tie wires to build wire harnesses
• Solder and crimp wires to terminals, connectors, and components
• Install harnesses, components, and subassemblies into electrical equipment
• Perform continuity and functional testing
• Inspect assemblies for quality and troubleshoot or repair defects
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, work orders, and specifications
• Maintain tools and keep a clean, organized work area

Job Description

Join our production team assembling high-quality electrical wire harnesses and assemblies. If you have experience with wiring, soldering, crimping, and reading technical drawings, we'd like to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

• $22/hour, based on experience
• Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Overtime required (average 50-55 hours per week)

What You'll Do
