We are looking for a dependable professional with strong soldering and electronics assembly experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work while meeting production deadlines. Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform precision soldering, crimping, wiring, labeling, and cable/harness fabrication.
- Assemble wiring harnesses, control panels, and chassis wiring.
- Use hand tools, soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, heat guns, and measuring instruments.
- Perform functional testing, inspections, and adjustments to completed assemblies.
- Follow manufacturing procedures and accurately complete production documentation.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules and deadlines.
- Assist with additional assembly and manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of electro-mechanical or electronics assembly experience.
- Excellent soldering skills are required.
- Experience with cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and panel wiring.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and meeting deadlines.
- IPC soldering certification (J-STD-001) is a plus or the ability to obtain certification.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent manual dexterity for precision assembly work.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing repetitive hand movements.
- Frequent use of hands, arms, and fingers to assemble electronic components and operate tools.
