Job summary

HireArt is seeking a Wire Harness Technician for an onsite, full-time contract in Foster City, CA. You will manufacture, assemble, and repair wiring harnesses, read schematics, and work with SMT/PTH soldering and diagnostic tools.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience or an associate degree with 2+ years; IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification is a plus. You will support engineering with feedback and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or an associate degree with 2+ years relevant work experience
• Experience manufacturing or repairing wire harnesses or an IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits and networks
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, wire lists, and formboards
• Experience with diagnostic equipment, SMT and PTH soldering, digital volt-ohm meters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Responsibilities

Expected compensation: 47.82 USD Per Hour

As a Wire Harness Technician, You'll

Bonus Qualifications

• ASE certification
• EPA Section 609 certification
