Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
  • Route and secure wiring per engineering specifications.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring activities.
  • Cut, strip, label, crimp, and terminate wires and cables.
  • Mount electrical components, panels, and devices.
  • Assist with electrical component installation and final assembly.
  • Verify wiring accuracy and workmanship against drawings.
  • Troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation.
  • Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Model

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Help Build Electrical Systems That Keep Critical Facilities Running At Thomson Power Systems, our products provide reliable backup and power distribution solutions for some of the most critical applications in North America.

As a Wiring Assembler, you will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of electrical systems used in data centers, healthcare facilities, utilities, and industrial operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with electrical diagrams, wiring systems, and technical assembly processes.

Position Overview

As a Wiring Assembler, you will install, route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring and components according to engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet electrical, safety, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
  • Route and secure wiring in accordance with engineering specifications
  • Perform point-to-point wiring activities
  • Cut, strip, label, crimp, and terminate wires and cables
  • Mount electrical components, panels, and devices
  • Assist with electrical component installation and final assembly
  • Verify wiring accuracy and workmanship against drawings
  • Troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues
  • Maintain accurate production documentation
  • Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience using hand tools and wire-processing tools
  • Ability to perform wire routing, wire labeling, crimping, and termination
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 25-35 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbs
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Two or more years of electrical assembly experience
  • Experience performing point-to-point wiring
  • Experience building electrical control panels or switchgear
  • Familiarity with electrical testing equipment
  • Technical certifications or trade school training

Shift: Mon-Thur/Tues-Fri 5:45AM-4:15PM

Pay: $23/hr and up
