Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp. is seeking a Wiring Assembler to install, route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring and components per engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.

The role supports data centers, healthcare facilities, utilities, and industrial operations with focus on safety and quality. You will read schematics, route wiring, perform point-to-point wiring, and mount components while ensuring compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools and wire-processing tools.
• Ability to perform wire routing, wire labeling, crimping, and termination.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 25-35 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Route and secure wiring in accordance with engineering specifications.
• Perform point-to-point wiring activities.
• Cut, strip, label, crimp, and terminate wires and cables.
• Mount electrical components, panels, and devices.
• Assist with electrical component installation and final assembly.
• Verify wiring accuracy and workmanship against drawings.
• Troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Wiring Assembler, you will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of electrical systems used in data centers, healthcare facilities, utilities, and industrial operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with electrical diagrams, wiring systems, and technical assembly processes.

Position Overview

As a Wiring Assembler, you will install, route, secure, and terminate electrical wiring and components according to engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet electrical, safety, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Route and secure wiring in accordance with engineering specifications
• Perform point-to-point wiring activities
• Cut, strip, label, crimp, and terminate wires and cables
• Mount electrical components, panels, and devices
• Assist with electrical component installation and final assembly

• Technical certifications or trade school training

Shift: Mon-Thur/Tues-Fri 5:45AM-4:15PM

Pay: $23/hr and up
