Job summary

Coastal Well Service LLC is seeking a Wireline Laborer to support safe operations at service locations including rigging up the wireline truck and crane and assisting with all wireline activities in shop and field.

The role requires 2+ years of oil/gas experience (wireline preferred), a High School Diploma or equivalent, and willingness to travel on short notice. CDL-B with hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years oil/gas experience; wireline preferred.
• CDL Class B license with hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assists in load-out and pre-job checks for jobs as directed.
• Assists in preparation of documents for DOT travel.
• Assists in preparation of documentation for maintenance of fleet vehicles prior to travel.
• Assists in rigging up and rigging down of wireline equipment for well site operations.
• Assists in the preparation of the wireline unit and calibration of equipment.
• Assists in the assemblies of perforating guns and rebuild of setting tools in various field and shop locations as needed.
• Performs meter checks on perforating guns prior to use in field.
• Guides surface tools during wireline operations as instructed.
