Job summary

Baker Hughes Holdings LLC in Ohio is seeking a Wireline Field Operator to support field operations, equipment setup, and logging tasks.

You will perform pre- and post-job tool maintenance, rig up/down at well sites, and maintain DOT records. Flexibility for on-call 24x7 and travel to well sites is required; a CDL is preferred, and a clean driving record is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• CDL Class A or B preferred or obtainable within 6 months.
• Must be 21+ to obtain ATF explosives certification.
• Valid and unexpired driver’s license required.
• Ability to work on-call 24x7 and travel to well sites as needed.
• Must pass a Federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Preparing for jobs and performing tool maintenance, pre-job and post-job tool checkout.
• Rigging-up and rigging-down equipment at the well site.
• Service mechanical devices and building logging cable heads.
• Perforating cable heads and maintenance on the tools.
• Maintaining well site/DOT records and communications as required by District Manager.
• Completing job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned crew.
• Promoting and maintaining good customer relations.
• Receiving instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on well site activity.
• Driving company vehicles in a safe manner while observing Company and government regulations.

To be successful in this role you will:
